Well, it has been an exciting few weeks for me. I have been able to do some amazing appearances with Miss Mount Olympus, dancing, teaching and all the above. This last week I have been on the radio three times with some great hosts who are willing to support the Arts and those who advocate for it. I thought I was really official when I put on those head phones and talked into the mic. Knowing that the state of utah was listening I thought how nervous I was- I had to pick and choose strong words and be able to express my thoughts and feelings well. Not only that, but I will be on tv tomorrow morning with the Big Buddha show and the Boys and Girls club of Midvale! I am so excited to give these kids the opportunity of a life time. They will be getting up real early to be there and perform in front of thousands. I am so excited for them!
This weekend the girls I teach will be competing at Ogden Egyption theatre. We have pushed them so hard and worked so hard to get them ready for these next few months as they start competing in dance competitions. I have to say all their hard work will pay off!
I am still so grateful and cannot believe all of the wonderful things that have come my way in the last month. I am truly blessed! I have been so busy and so involved with what matters most to me that I havent had two seconds to pay attention to the outside world. I hope to get a chance to relax soon, but I do love being on the run! I have had some fun speding some time with people that I truly enjoy spending time with and getting to know. It is so fun to meet people that have the same interests as you, have a similar vision as you and want you to be the best "YOU" you can be.
